The best way to build strength is to work out at the CrossFit gym at least three to four times a week. If it is less than that, what you are doing will not affect your body. Yes, you will be wasting your time at the gym if you only do it when you have time. If you are interested in building strength, you should make time for it. If you have an office job, you must find time for it either before or after work.
